Shiatsu Courses

The European Shiatsu School is pleased to offer you a proven course structure and quality of teaching guaranteed to help you reach your full potential as a practitioner of the bodywork and rejuvenation courses we offer, all of which uniquely lead to pan-European certificates or diplomas. These courses are listed on the menu to the left.

Our course structure is kept very simple, so that if you are on a weekend course you will find no mid-week commitments, or if you attend mid-week, there are no weekend commitments. Clinical practice is kept within class time. You can of course transfer to another format at will if your circumstances change.

As the most extensive network of schools within Oriental medicine and bodywork education, we are able to provide more staff and more resources for optimum support and quality of training. In addition, we provide all the mandatory textbooks and learning aids free of charge.

All of our courses are offered as standalone certificated disciplines. For example, you can gain professional qualification in Shiatsu Bodywork and / or Seated On-Site Bodywork after a one-year curriculum. The full Shiatsu Therapy Diploma will take three years to complete. However, for those on the Shiatsu Therapy Diploma, we offer the opportunity to gain the practitioner qualifications in Shiatsu Bodywork and On-Site Bodywork one third of the way through the full Shiatsu training. This will enable you to set up practice and therefore earn money to help finance your course in Shiatsu therapy.
